Premium Shipping orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be processed, packaged and sent that day. If your order contains "In Warehouse" items your order will be despatched when all items are ready. All delivery options will clearly display delivery dates during checkout and on your order confirmation email.

'IN STOCK' MEANS IN STOCK
We won't waste your time! Our website has a live link with our shop and warehouse. If an item says it is "In Stock" then it is ready to be shipped as soon as you place your order.
We are a real business that is open 7 days a week, so you can rest assured that your order will arrive as soon as possible. For items that are marked as anything other than "In Stock" such as "In Warehouse" there will be information with the maximum amount of days this should take to arrive to you.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
When placing your order you will be given the option to input an alternate delivery address to the billing address you provide. These alternate delivery addresses will then be saved in your address book on your account for use again in the future.
International & Non-Mainland Delivery
VAT/UK Tax: Please note that for orders placed to a shipping destination outside of the UK & Northern Ireland VAT will be removed at the end of the checkout (after you complete your billing & shipping details). This includes Guernsey & Jersey, EU countries (including Ireland) and rest of world destinations such as the USA, Japan, Australia & New Zealand.
CUSTOMS CHARGES (For ALL countries outside the UK): You, the customer, are responsible for any tariffs, duties, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost as charges vary around the world. As an international customer, please research in advance to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs (outbound & return). By placing your order you are agreeing to pay the duties or taxes requested by the courier on behalf of your counties customs office during transit.
USA: For up to date information on tariffs, duties & taxes applicable to your order please refer to your local authorities guidance. In 2025 there has been some changes to the de minimis threshold (for orders under $800 (roughly £600)) which means goods originating from countries such as China/Hong Kong are no longer exempt from duties & taxes. We ship all orders going to the USA with DHL Express Worldwide and have a fixed price for delivery (not including customs & duties) for this in our checkout (you can also view this by following the button below). This service comes with premium tracking and is delivered within just a few days. Should your order go over the weight restrictions of the fixed delivery we may need to contact you for additional shipping fees, this will be before despatch, at which point you can cancel your order with no charges should you wish to do so.
EU: For most EU destinations we have a fixed price for delivery (not including customs & duties) per country. You can view this either by following the below button or when checking out.
Rest of World: For other countries, as the size and weight of our items varies significantly we may on occasions request additional shipping fees on international orders. This will be done with your consent and we will not take any further payments after the item has been sent. If, when you are contacted, you do not wish to pay the additional shipping cost (not including customs & duties) then a full refund will be offered. This will only happen on rare occasions when orders are significantly heavy or large.
Returns: For international customers returning goods you must mark the parcel andReturns Formas a "Return" in order to correctly avoid customs charges. Should you encounter customs charges upon the entry of your parcel in to the UK we will not be responsible for paying these and your goods will be returned to you.
